Most apps try to reinvent the wheel, and onboard you into a new workflow every time, which gets pretty frustrating pretty quickly. It's hard to keep up when you're working on multiple projects on multiple platforms at the same time (Trello, Jira, Asana, etc…), and so we made a clean solution to declutter your workflow and have one source of truth, while still being able to work (probably collaboratively) on your already existent platforms, and track time.

TaskBite is here to consolidate and centralize all your product management. Add tasks or import them from your favorite platforms, and keep your productivity on top with our intelligent insights and the Pomodoro technique. Everything syncs automatically.

For now, we only support Trello import and sync. We expect to have 10+ integrations you can use with TaskBite down the road.

The Pomodoro technique consists of the following steps:

  • 1. Decide on the task to be done.
  • 2. The Pomodoro timer starts (traditionally to 25 minutes).
  • 3. Work on the task.
  • 4. End work when the timer rings.
  • 5. Take a short break (3–5 minutes), then go to step 2.
  • 6. After four pomodoros, take a longer break (15–30 minutes), if the task isn’t finished yet, then go to step 1.
